Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied and need to return or exchange, Artisan Privilege accepts domestic returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise in its original condition with all labels, original tags and polybags intact, for a refund within 7 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Once our warehouse processes the return, we will provide you with a refund excluding shipping cost and return processing fees. Please note this may take up to 14 business days to complete.

This policy excludes International Orders and Sale items, which are not eligible for return or exchange. All Sale items are considered Final Sale. All International Orders are considered Final Sale.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet these policy requirements.

Defective Merchandise

Part of the beauty of hand loomed fabrics made by Artisan Privilege is its slight imperfections and/or color variations.

We advise professionally dry cleaning or hand washing all items as per the care instructions to best care for your Artisan Privilege item.

If you receive your garment and feel there is a quality issue or that it is defective within 7 days of delivery, you may contact info@artisanprivilege.com to discuss available options. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
