OVERVIEW
Orders placed will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your order. Orders typically will ship out by the next business day. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will take an additional business day to ship. We currently are only shipping within Thailand.
You will receive a tracking number and order confirmation via email once your order is processed and shipped.
Artisan Privilege cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit as a result of authorizing the courier service to leave your parcel unattended should nobody be at the delivery address to sign for it.
We are also offering in-store pick up at our flagship store in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
